Hi, I’m Dipti Julka!

” The award drives me daily to encourage more people to volunteer and to contribute to society in whatever small way they can to bring joy to those who need it the most. “

Since we have physical distancing measures in place in Singapore, I have been involved in virtual volunteering sessions with the adult disability homes and Ren Ci Hospital.

We try to encourage and interact with the residents while playing a few games with them via Zoom, such as Pictionary and Bingo.

We also celebrate their birthdays with them by putting up a virtual performance to sing their favourite songs, ending off with a birthday song.
