A positive mindset for me begins with knowing and believing that we are not in this alone. Being isolated in our homes is something that in a way, goes against human nature; the need and the want to socialise, interact & connect with other people. And it’s only natural that we feel deprived and lost amidst all that’s happening during this pandemic.

Let’s be kind & look out for each other (remotely of course) and take this time to reflect on what’s important to you whether it be spending time with your loved ones or self-improvement. It’s crucial that we do our part to be socially responsible and we will eventually get through this, and emerge a more resilient & compassionate society.
